Kajan, eller Kaj-Åke som han egentligen heter, är tillsammans med Tiffany Persson de äldsta karaktärerna i serien. Detta eftersom dessa två har sitt ursprung i den scenshow som Johan Wester och Anders Jansson spelade huvudrollerna i år 1996. Föreställningen hette En överdos kaffe, spelades upp i en gammal lagerlokal i Lund och sågs sammanlagt av runt 8 000 personer.
